Tomatoes are a warm season, frost tender annual plants. Seeds require a warm soil of between 18 - 28°C and sown at 5mm deep, take approx 5-10 days to germinate. Sowing at too low a temperature will cause delayed or failed germination.Developed by Brad Gates of Wild Boar Farms. Interesting pale yellow cherry with purple splashes. Amethyst Cream is a prolific little cherry tomato with a nice, somewhat complex flavor. The plant is small, but stands up well to tough conditions. These cherry tomatoes take about 70 days to ripen and are ready when the golden blush shows. Despite the thin skin, they hold well on the vine and are only slightly prone to cracking. Great flavor, delicate yet complex. Resists sunburn and cracking. Good shelf life.
